Your Role: AI Scientist (m/f/d)

As an AI Scientist, you play a leading role in defining and designing the AI and machine-learning frameworks and models that drive our Open Ecosystem, as well as developing the required data models to support orchestration and decisioning.

What You Bring

  • You have Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • You bring 3-5+ years of experience in fullstack or AI application development, including working on real-world AI products or services
  • You have a very good understanding of modern ML frameworks and technologies such as Langchain, Semantic Kernel, PyTorch or similar
  • You have excellent programming skills in either Java, C# or Python and are well acquainted with AI-supported-coding
  • You are proficient in frontend frameworks (e.g. React) and have experience with backend development and APIs
  • You are familiar with the concepts of Agentic Meshes, Agent Orchestration, Vector Databases and Datalakes
  • You have knowledge of containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and cloud services
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills with an open mindset
  • You have fluent English language skills

What You'll Be Doing

  • You build and optimize agentic AI systems for task automation and orchestration
  • You develop and fine-tune the AI-models and algorithms that integrate domain-specific knowledge to form the basis for marketing automation
  • You design advanced prompting strategies for LLMs to support complex workflows
  • You analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and patterns that can be consumed by AI
  • You enforce the secure, ethical and data-protection-compliant use of models and AI agents
  • You collaborate and consult across teams to integrate and design AI applications
  • Conduct original research and publish papers in journals or participate in conferences
