Your Role: Managing Director Entirely.ai (m/f/d)

As the Managing Director of Entirely.ai, you will shape the strategic direction, build and lead a cross-functional team, and drive the development and growth of our open ecosystem product. You will act as the bridge between business goals and evolving customer needs, ensuring innovation, market relevance, and product excellence. In this founding leadership role, you will position Entirely.ai as a category-defining company while aligning closely with the broader strategic goals of the Entirely Group.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience founding or scaling B2B SaaS or digital platform businesses
  • Strong background in product innovation, strategy, and end-to-end lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Deep understanding of customer-centric product development and go-to-market strategy
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, investor relations, and sustainable growth
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders, investors, and ecosystem partners
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity while building structure and scalable processes
  • Familiarity with M&A readiness, strategic integrations, and joint ventures is a plus

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic & Product Vision

  • Define and communicate the Entirely’s mission and product vision in alignment with market trends and Entirely Group objectives
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan supporting growth, innovation, and investor engagement

Product Development & Lifecycle Ownership

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious delivery
  • Guide the creation and evolution of product roadmaps aligned with market demand and our “Combined Solution” model

Customer and Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer pain points, opportunities, and trends
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the product strategy and user experience

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing cross-functional team across engineering, product, marketing, and sales
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Cross-Functional & Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer teams to execute the roadmap
  • Collaborate across founding companies and GTM leaders to ensure unified product and market delivery

Investor and Market Engagement

  • Represent Entirely.ai in industry forums, pitch meetings, and investor networks
  • Create compelling materials and messaging for fundraising, strategic partnerships, and M&A readiness

Operational Scalability and Risk Management

  • Plan for infrastructure and organizational scale, anticipating future growth needs
  • Identify risks early and ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and legal standards

Performance and Product Success Metrics

  • Define and track KPIs for product success
  • Leverage analytics to optimize features, drive adoption, and enhance overall user value

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Works closely with: Sales, Key Account Management, Partner Teams, Product Strategy
  • Collaborates across: All founding companies within the Entirely ecosystem
