Your Role: Strategic Ecosystem Account Manager (m/f/d)

As a Strategic Ecosystem Account Manager, you act as a trusted partner to the top management of key customers. You lead the promotion, positioning, and expansion of our Entirely Open Ecosystem and its Pilots, demonstrating their strategic value and guiding stakeholders through transformation.

This is not a classic sales role — it’s about influence, storytelling, strategic alignment, and building executive confidence in a shared ecosystem vision.

What You Bring

  • Experience with C-Level Sales or Consulting
    You’ve successfully worked with senior decision-makers and understand their mindset, especially in enterprise or B2B SaaS settings.
  • Understanding of Martech or Ecosystem Models
    You’re familiar with modular marketing technology, integrations, and API-driven architectures — or willing to learn fast.
  • Digital/IT Transformation Know-how
    You've been part of enterprise-level change processes and can navigate governance, roadmaps, and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strategic Communication Skills
    You can distill complexity into compelling stories and business cases that resonate with top management.
  • Ecosystem Mindset
    You thrive in cross-functional, multi-partner settings and are motivated by collaboration over competition.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Promote Ecosystem Pilots at Executive Level
    Position the value of cross-solution pilots to senior stakeholders. Turn successful pilots into strategic lighthouse cases.
  • Drive Engagement Beyond Point Solutions
    Help customers move from fragmented Martech tools to a unified, scalable ecosystem approach by developing multiproduct use cases and ecosystem transitions.
  • Guide on Transformation
    Guide executives through the strategic implications of Martech and AI transformation. Speak their language — business value, not feature specs.
  • Partner with Sales, Key Account Management and Product Management
    Work side by side with account teams to open doors at the top and broaden engagements beyond departmental silos.
  • Harvest and Share Business Insight
    Learn how top management frames their challenges and link those to what Entirely delivers. Turn customer knowledge into strategic advantage and provide business value advisory.
  • Lead with Strategic Context
    Apply your background in IT, digital transformation, or consulting to manage complex relationships and help customers implement change.

  • Works closely with: Sales, Key Account Management, Partner Teams, Product Strategy
