Your Role: UI/UX Engineer (m/f/d)

As UI/UX Engineer, design, develop, and implement exceptional user experiences across our web applications, blending design-thinking and front-end engineering skills. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft engaging interfaces that delight users and meet business goals.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5+ years of experience in a UI/UX or front-end role with a portfolio demonstrating UI design and development projects
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like Sass/Less), and JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Loveable.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, visual design, and user-centered design processes.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility and accessibility requirements (WCAG)
  • A strong passion for design, perfection and style

What You'll Be Doing

  • You are responsible for providing intuitive and appealing user interfaces for our web applications
  • You create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Loveable, or Sketch.
  • You design user flows, interaction patterns, and responsive layouts, translating user needs and business requirements into elegant UI designs
  • You conduct research and usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs
  • You implement UI components and features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, ensuring design consistency, brand alignment and accessibility
  • You maintain design systems and reusable component libraries.
