Entirely OS.
The World's First Operating System for Agentic Marketing.
It runs securely on AWS — built for enterprise marketing teams.

Your entire stack, agent-ready.
Entirely OS connects to every system your marketing team already uses and exposes it as something agents can act on. No integration projects. No custom connectors. Your tools stay exactly as they are.

Autonomous, and always within bounds
Agents act independently within the guardrails you define. Entirely OS learns where those bounds should be over time, so you never have to choose between speed and control, and you never have to manually retune policies as your operation evolves.

A marketing function that gets smarter
Every campaign decision, action, and outcome feeds back into the next campaign automatically. Entirely OS builds institutional memory so your marketing doesn't just execute faster, it compounds.
Entirely Agents
Any agent type. Any level of autonomy.
Not every task needs the same level of AI involvement. Choose the autonomy that fits your workflow, from agents that surface insights, to agents that execute tasks, to agents that run entire workflows end-to-end.
Assistant
Surfaces answers.
Recommends next steps.
The Assistant connects to your tools, reads what's happening across your stack, and tells you what it means. Ask it a question in plain language. Get a clear answer, with context and reasoning, not just data.
What changes:
- Faster answers to questions that used to require pulling reports from three different systems
- Better decisions because the context is already assembled
- Less time spent searching, exporting, and reconciling data across tools
Executor
Takes defined actions.
Returns finished output.
The Executor doesn't just recommend, it acts. It decides which tools to call, what steps to run, and in what order, then delivers the completed output. Bounded by what you define. Faster than any manual process.
What changes:
- Less manual production work on repeatable tasks
- Fewer errors from copy-pasting across tools
- Faster turnaround from brief to finished output
Orchestrator
Surfaces answers.
Recommends next steps.
The Orchestrator manages work across multiple steps and sessions. It monitors for triggers, sequences tasks based on dependencies, verifies each step, and escalates when a human decision is needed.
What changes:
- Cycle time drops because work no longer waits on coordination
- Fewer incidents because execution is verified and exceptions are caught early
- Your team focuses on decisions and approvals, not on chasing status updates
Meet your new colleagues.
Each agent has a clear role, a clear remit, and a name your team will learn. They share one semantic model, one governance layer, and one orchestrator that decides who picks up what.
The agents understand how you do marketing, and how to work with your existing tools and data. And they become smarter over time.
Entirely OS runs securely on AWS. This is where you create the agents, configure them, and put them to work. Built for enterprise marketing teams.
Campaign Planner
Role Description:
Share a launch intent or a rough idea. The Campaign Planner validates objectives, audiences, channels, and budget - and surfaces a structured, approval-ready campaign plan before anything moves into execution.
Capability tags:
- validates
- structures
- surfaces
- hands-off
Campaign Executor
Role Description:
Takes a defined campaign and drives it to activation: verifying assets, checking audience and consent records, setting up channel drafts. No improvisation, precise execution of what was planned, with human sign-off before go-live.
Capability tags:
- verifies
- checks
- prepares
- requests approval
Campaign Orchestrator
Role Description:
Not a workflow engine. A reasoning orchestrator. It decides what needs to happen, delegates to specialist agents across content, localisation, and channel delivery, and adapts when something changes mid-execution — without waiting to be told how. Humans approve critical decisions. Every assumption and outcome is recorded, so every campaign that runs, should run.
Capability tags:
- reasons
- delegates
- adapts
- records

For marketers and campaign managers
Your workspace. No new tools to learn.
Describe what you need. The right agent picks it up. Entirely OS sits inside the tools your team already uses, so there is no new dashboard to log into, no workflow to rebuild. Just work, moving faster than it did before.

For agent creators and administrators
No code required. Full control retained.
Build, connect, and deploy the agents your organization runs, through a UI, not an engineering ticket. Connect your stack, define what each agent knows, set the guardrails, and roll out in days. You stay in control of everything. Your engineering team stays out of the loop.
Capabilitys every agent runs on.
Connects to any system in your stack
Any marketing tool with a standard API can connect to Entirely OS. When a new tool is added, the platform automatically discovers what it does, what data it holds, and what operations it supports, then registers it as a source agents can query and act on.
Adding a new system to an existing deployment is a configuration task, not an engineering project. Your existing tools do not need to change.

Works wherever your team works
Marketers trigger briefs, ask questions, and review approvals from inside Slack, Microsoft Teams, or their AI workspace, without logging into a new platform. Entirely OS runs in the background. The interface your team uses stays the same.
Key metric: Reduction in context-switching and tool fatigue
Built around how your organisation does marketing
At the core of Entirely OS is the Intelligence Graph: a proprietary, organisation-specific knowledge graph built from the systems you already use. It encodes how your campaigns connect to budgets, how approval chains map to markets, how brand rules apply per channel, and what your compliance team approved last quarter.
Agents work from your Intelligence Graph, not generic training data. When a campaign is done, everything learned goes back into the graph, making the next run smarter. That advantage cannot be replicated without running the same campaigns in the same organisation.
Key metric: Reduction in agent errors and out-of-policy actions

Governed execution at every step
Every action is classified before it runs. Routine operations execute automatically. Consequential ones notify a named approver with a defined window to review. High-impact or out-of-policy actions are blocked until explicitly approved.
Every decision is logged with its reasoning and outcome. This is what enterprise deployment requires, and what most AI tools skip entirely.
Key metric: Reduction in compliance incidents and audit preparation time
Decision memory that improves over time
Every campaign adds to a structured record of what was decided, what was done, and what the outcome was. When a similar brief arrives, that record informs the next run.
Over time, the system gets measurably better at your specific campaigns, your markets, and your constraints. That advantage cannot be replicated without running the same campaigns in the same organisation.
Key metric: Improvement in campaign performance over successive runs

Agentic Marketing Lab
From first conversation to agents in production.
Typically eight to twelve weeks.
A structured program, not a pilot that goes nowhere. We build and deploy together, in your real environment, until the agents run reliably and your team is in control.

1. See it in action
Watch agents run on real campaign workflows. Understand what connects to your stack and what production deployment looks like, before you commit to anything.

2. Find your highest-value use case
A focused workshop to map your current workflows, tools, and constraints. We identify where agents create the most value and define what measurable success looks like for your organisation.

3. Agents in production
We build and deploy together in your real environment, connected to your systems, governed by your policies, until the agents run reliably and your team is fully in control.
Curious whether the Agentic Marketing Lab is the right fit for your team?
Let's find out! No commitment, no agenda.
Common questions.
Frequently asked questions.
Who is building the agents - your team or ours?
Both, depending on what you need. Entirely OS ships with a set of pre-built agents, that are ready to use. For use cases specific to your organisation, we build together during the Agentic Marketing Lab. Over time, your team can configure and extend agents directly inside the platform without engineering support.
How long does initial onboarding and implementation take?
The Agentic Marketing Lab runs eight to twelve weeks from first conversation to agents in production. That includes discovery, use case definition, integration, and deployment in your real environment. The timeline depends on the complexity of your stack, your preferences and the number of systems we connect in the first phase.
Where does our data go?
The Entirely Operating System is hosted on AWS. The OS collects metadata from your environment and builds a catalog to understand the tools present, type of data present within them and how they are related to each other. Actual data from the tools such as campaigns, assets, budgets, KPIs etc are not replicated to the Entirely’s environment.
Data may be transiently processed within Entirely's environment to generate decisions and actions such as answering a question or achieving a goal. Once that is complete, it is then discarded.
Entirely does not retain customer data beyond what is required for system operation and audit logging. Entirely has a multi-tenant model where each customer's data is isolated from other customers during processing and storage of metadata. All data is encrypted at-rest and in-motion across internal and public networks.
Is Entirely OS compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act?
By design, the metadata-only reasoning architecture minimizes the personal data that Entirely processes, reducing GDPR exposure significantly compared to systems that take a copy of all raw customer data.
Entirely is headquartered in Switzerland and operates under European data protection principles. Full GDPR data processing agreements are available for enterprise customers. EU AI Act compliance is built into the product roadmap; the audit trail and human-in-the-loop escalation architecture are directly aligned with the Act's requirements for high-risk AI systems.
What systems does Entirely OS connect to?
Any marketing tool with a standard API. That includes major platforms across DAM, CMS, PIM, CRM, paid media, analytics, email, social, and project management. When a new tool is connected, the platform automatically discovers its capabilities, no custom integration work required. If you have a specific tool in mind, ask us and we will confirm compatibility.

How is this differrent from Jasper AI / Anthropic Agents?
Jasper and similar tools are built for content generation. Anthropic's agent frameworks are developer infrastructure. Entirely OS is neither. It is an Agentic Marketing Orchestration Operating System, purpose-built for enterprise marketing operations, with the Intelligence Graph at its core, a governance layer that meets enterprise compliance requirements, and an orchestration layer that coordinates multiple agents across your full stack. The difference is not the AI model underneath. It is everything built around it: context, governance, memory, and the ability to act reliably across your real environment.
What level of technical resource do we need internally?
Less than you might expect. Connecting tools is configuration, not engineering. Running agents does not require your team to write code. Where technical resource is needed, typically during initial integration, we work alongside your IT or marketing ops team. After deployment, day-to-day use is designed for marketers, not developers.
Can agents be paused, adjusted, or turned off?
Yes, at any time. Every agent operates within boundaries you define. You can adjust autonomy levels, update approval thresholds, pause specific agents, or take any workflow back to manual at any point. Entirely OS is designed so that your team is always in control, the agents work for you, not the other way around.
See Entirely OS run a real campaign brief.
In a short live demo, we input a sample brief and show you how the Marketing Operator thinks through it, assigning tasks, managing escalations, and delivering results. No slides. No theory.
