Where personal data is processed in connection with products, services, contracts, user accounts, customer support, or product-specific interactions of individual Entirely group companies, the respective company may act as a separate controller, joint controller, or processor, depending on the specific processing activity. 2. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data in connection with:

  • visiting and using entirely.com;
  • submitting contact, demo, download, event, newsletter, partner, press, or similar inquiry forms;
  • registering for events, webinars, masterclasses, roundtables, summits, or other Entirely formats;

3. Entirely Group Companies

Entirely operates as an integrated group of marketing technology companies. The Entirely group includes Entirely AG and affiliated group companies and brands, including, among others:

  • and their respective affiliated entities.

Entirely is part of a wider DuMont group structure. In limited cases, personal data may be shared with DuMont group entities where this is necessary for corporate administration, legal and compliance matters, internal reporting, audit, security, or group governance. We do not share personal data with DuMont group entities for unrelated marketing purposes unless there is a valid legal basis and, where required, consent.

4. Processing within the Entirely Group

Entirely operates with a shared operating model across its group companies. To provide a consistent experience across our portfolio and to operate shared marketing, sales, event, customer engagement, business development, reporting, and administrative processes, personal data may be shared within the Entirely group where this is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

This may include sharing personal data to:

The legal basis for intra-group processing is, depending on the context, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, our legitimate interest in operating an integrated group structure and providing coordinated services, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where required.

Where required, intra-group processing is governed by appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational arrangements.

Entirely AG is based in Switzerland. Some Entirely group companies, service providers, partners, and technology providers are located in Switzerland, the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, the United States, or other countries.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take appropriate measures to ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

For transfers from the EU/EEA to Switzerland, the European Commission has recognized Switzerland as providing an adequate level of data protection.

For transfers to the United States, we may rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the relevant provider is certified and the respective framework applies.
